Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are both licensed and insured.
Do you have any references?
Yes, we can provide that upon request from a portfolio of satisfied customers.
Do you design the projects?
Yes, we can help the client design the project and we have access to a draftsman and an engineer.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we do require a deposit upon signing a contract with us to place the project on our schedule.
Can I buy some of my own supplies?
We give certain allowances within the contract which allows the client the ability to provide their own supplies. (Example: Lighting Fixtures & Plumbing Fixtures)
Do you maintain the job from start to finish?
Yes, we are the general contractor for the job and over see the entire process.
Do you accept credit cards?
No, Checks are made payable to Custom Backyard Adventures.
